Service Description
Cart Retry is a Stripe App that sends automated email reminders to customers who abandon their checkout sessions. The service operates through Stripe's platform and requires an active Stripe account.
Merchant Responsibilities
- Merchants must enable Stripe Checkout consent collection to comply with email marketing regulations.
- Merchants are responsible for ensuring their use of recovery emails complies with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Merchants must configure a valid sender email address for recovery emails.
Service Limitations
- Recovery emails are only sent when customer consent is granted during checkout.
- We send a maximum of three recovery emails per abandoned session.
- Email delivery is best-effort and not guaranteed.

Termination
Merchants can uninstall the app at any time through the Stripe Dashboard. Upon uninstallation, active recovery sequences are stopped. Data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, failed email deliveries, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
